1. Who we are
MyClubGG ("MyClubGG", "we", "us") operates the website at myclubgg.com. You can contact us at support@myclubgg.com.
MyClubGG is an independent website. It is not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by ClubGG, GGPoker or NSUS Group.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the site you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy and our Eligibility policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
3. What MyClubGG provides
MyClubGG provides information, guides, free poker study tools, a directory of reviewed clubs, event listings and community content for people who play poker on the ClubGG app.
MyClubGG does not offer, operate or facilitate gambling of any kind. We don’t accept wagers, hold player funds, sell chips or act as an agent for any club or platform.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or older where local law requires, such as 21 in some places) to use the site. You are responsible for making sure your use of the site, and of any third-party app it mentions, is legal where you live.
5. Information and tools
Our guides and tools are provided for general information and study. They may contain errors or become out of date, and they aren’t professional, legal or financial advice. Calculators show estimates. Don’t use them during live play: many poker apps, including ClubGG, restrict outside assistance.
6. Club and event listings
Listings are reviewed before publication but are not endorsements. Clubs and events are run by third parties, not by MyClubGG. Always read a club’s rules and the app’s terms, and never send money to anyone outside the app.
We may decline, edit or remove any listing at any time.
7. Content you send us
When you submit a club, a message or other content, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You give MyClubGG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit and publish it on the site and our channels for the purpose it was submitted. You must not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that promotes real-money gambling.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break any law, or help anyone else to;
- attempt to access admin areas, other users’ data or our systems without permission;
- scrape the site at a rate that harms it, or copy substantial parts of it for a competing service;
- upload malware, spam or anything designed to disrupt the site;
- impersonate MyClubGG, ClubGG or anyone else.
9. Intellectual property
The MyClubGG name, logo, mascot, text, design and tools belong to MyClubGG or its licensors. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. ClubGG, GGPoker and other names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe their products.
10. Third-party links
We link to third-party sites and apps, including ClubGG. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices.
11. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MyClubGG is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of third-party apps, clubs or events. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
