Is ClubGG safe and fair?
Checked against official sources on Independent guide by MyClubGG हिन्दी में पढ़ें
Quick answer
ClubGG says its random number generator is tested by BMM Testlabs, an independent lab, and that poker is played between players, so ClubGG has no stake in who wins. Its terms ban collusion, bots and multiple accounts, and accounts are reviewed for bots and shared IP, GPS or MAC addresses. The biggest risk is usually outside the app: never send money to a club.

Is the shuffle fair?
ClubGG shows a BMM Testlabs badge on its site and links it to an RNG page. That page describes BMM as a long-established independent testing lab with more than 30 years’ experience, which tests areas such as the RNG algorithm and how it’s implemented. The page doesn’t give a certificate date.
ClubGG’s help centre also points out that poker is played between players, never against the house. ClubGG doesn’t win or lose based on who takes a pot.
Rules that protect the game
- Collusion and any other form of cheating are banned.
- One account per person: registering multiple accounts isn’t allowed, and accounts can’t be shared or transferred.
- No bots, scripts, macros or other automated tools, and no LAN play or team play.
- The chat policy bans sharing your cards before a hand ends, stalling, threats and selling tournament tickets for cash.
- You must be 18, or older if your local legal age is higher, and ClubGG may ask for proof of age and identity.
How accounts and tables are checked
ClubGG says it regularly reviews accounts for bots and for players sharing IP, GPS or MAC addresses. Club owners can add their own protection when they create a ring table: blocking players from the same IP range, players within 500 m of each other (when location is shared), players on the same device, and table chat. If a club suspects collusion, its admin can talk to the player or remove them.
Protect your own account
- Turn on 2-step verification under Me > My Account > 2-Step Verification.
- Use a password of 10–20 characters that mixes upper and lower case, numbers and special characters.
- Avoid birthdays, sequences and personal details, don’t reuse passwords and don’t save them in your browser.
- Only install ClubGG from its official site or your device’s app store.
Staying safe in clubs
- ClubGG doesn’t endorse or sponsor clubs and isn’t involved in how they run. A Club ID only identifies a club; it isn’t proof that the club is reliable.
- Never send money to a club, a club owner or anyone else outside the app. ClubGG is free-play and its chips and tickets have no monetary value, so any such request is a red flag.
- ClubGG Support handles platform problems, not club disputes. If something goes wrong in a club, you have little recourse.
- Read a club’s rules before you play, and leave if anything feels off.
How to report a problem
If you notice something irregular, email support@clubgg.com with screenshots, the date and time, and the nicknames or Player IDs involved. ClubGG’s privacy policy says it uses server, database, firewall and encryption protections for player data.
