What does “range” mean in poker?
Also called: hand range हिन्दी में पढ़ें
Definition
Range: All the hands a player could hold in a given spot, not just one hand.

Strong players think “what range does this opponent have?” rather than “what hand does he have?”. Ranges narrow with every action. A player who re-raises preflop and bets big on the river has a very different range from one who checks and calls.
Example: A tight player’s early-position raise might be 77+, AJs+, KQs, AQo+.
