How do you change your ClubGG account settings?

Step by step

1. 1Disband clubs you ownClubs you own must be deleted or disbanded first. Export any club data you need before you do.
2. 2Cancel any WSOP+ membershipActive memberships aren’t cancelled automatically. Cancel yours separately in the My Account area.
3. 3Request deletionGo to Me > Help > Delete Account and confirm.
4. 4Use the grace period if neededLog back in within 30 days to reverse the deletion. After that, your data is permanently removed.

Nickname rules

• 4–15 characters long.
• Roman letters A–Z, numbers 0–9 and some special characters, such as hyphens and spaces. Non-Roman scripts aren’t allowed.
• It must be unique.
• If you signed up with a GG Network account, you keep your GGPass nickname. New accounts choose one at registration.
• Report an offensive nickname to support with a screenshot.

Changing your nickname and avatar

Go to Me, tap your avatar, then tap the pencil next to your nickname, enter the new one and confirm. Changes are only available to WSOP+ Premium subscribers (formerly Platinum) and cost 5,000 Diamonds each time. Accounts set up as GG Network “Real Name” accounts can’t change their nickname through ClubGG.

Your nickname and avatar are shared across every account under your GGPass, so a change also shows on other GG Network services you use.

Country, flag and time zone

• Country: update it under Me > My account > Proof of Identity > Country. It matters for prize redemption and needs a new identity verification.
• Flag: your profile flag shows the country where the account was registered. If it’s wrong, contact support@clubgg.com; changes are handled case by case.
• Time zone: times appear in your device’s local time zone, but individual clubs may run on their own.

What deleting your account does

Deleting your account removes you from every club you’ve joined. Your active WSOP+ membership isn’t cancelled for you; ClubGG’s terms say a membership can be cancelled in My Account up to 5 days before the next billing period. After the 30-day grace period, your data is permanently removed.

ClubGG’s privacy policy adds that you can email support@clubgg.com to exercise your data rights, including deletion, with a response in about 30 days. Some data may be kept after closure where the law requires it.

One account per person

ClubGG prohibits multiple accounts and transfers between them. Accounts are non-transferable and can’t be shared, so keep your login details to yourself and recover an old account rather than opening a new one.
