Can’t log in to ClubGG? How to fix it

Step by step

1. 1Open the login screenLaunch ClubGG and go to the login page.
2. 2Click “Forgot your Password?”Enter the email address linked to your account. It must be an email you verified when you signed up.
3. 3Check your inboxOpen the reset email and follow its instructions. Look in Spam or Junk if it isn’t there.
4. 4Set a new, strong passwordChoose a password you haven’t used anywhere else, then log in.

First, check how you signed up

ClubGG uses GGPass, the GG Network’s shared login. If you created your account through GGPoker or WSOP Live, or linked a Google, Facebook or Apple ID, try that login method before resetting anything. Accounts registered with different email addresses are separate and can’t be combined, so make sure you’re using the right one.

The reset email isn’t arriving

• Check Spam or Junk, plus any promotions tab.
• Make sure you typed the email address you registered with.
• Password resets only work for an email address that was verified.
• If nothing arrives, contact ClubGG support.

You’ve lost access to your email

If you can’t get into the email account linked to ClubGG, the reset link can’t reach you. Contact ClubGG support by email and explain the situation. Don’t create a new account instead: ClubGG doesn’t allow multiple accounts.

Change your password and turn on 2-step verification

• Change password: Me > My Account > My Info > Password (the GGPass help shows it as Me > My Account > Password).
• 2-step verification: Me > My Account > 2-Step Verification.

What makes a strong password

• 10–20 characters.
• A mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers and allowed special characters.
• No sequences, birthdays or personal information.
• Not saved in your browser, and not reused from another site.

ClubGG’s support email is support@clubgg.com, and its help centre is at help.clubgg.com. Include your nickname, the email on the account and screenshots of any error. ClubGG Support helps with account and platform issues, not with club decisions. Never share your password with anyone claiming to be support.
