How do you manage members and tables in a ClubGG club?

Checked against official sources on Independent guide by MyClubGG हिन्दी में पढ़ें

Quick answer

ClubGG gives club owners a Members area to accept applicants, assign roles, add aliases and notes, view game statistics and remove players. Ring tables can be restricted by IP, GPS, device and chat, and individual players can be limited by blinds or buy-ins or banned from chat. ClubGG treats clubs as an operational tool and doesn’t settle club disputes.

Handling applicants

With manual approval, go to Club Menu > Members > Applicants List to accept or decline each request. If you’d rather let everyone with your Club ID straight in, switch on Auto Approve. Many owners use Auto Approve for a small group of friends and manual approval once the ID is shared more widely.

Member tools

  • Trace Player: see what a member is currently doing in the club.
  • Alias and Note: label members so you remember who is who.
  • Member Role: give trusted members extra permissions.
  • Game Statistics: review a member’s activity in your club.
  • Send Membership: grant a membership bought with Diamonds.
  • Remove: removing a player permanently deletes their club data, so export it first.

Table access controls

When you create a ring table, you can switch on restrictions that help keep games fair:

  • IP: no two players from the same IP range at the table.
  • GPS: no two players within 500 m of each other. This only works for players who share their location.
  • Device: blocks players using the same device ID or MAC address.
  • Chatting: turns off table chat.

Limits for individual players

Go to Club Menu > Members, select a member and choose Restrict Access for Player. You can set minimum and maximum blind levels for ring games, where 0/0 blocks that game type entirely, and separate minimum and maximum buy-ins for tournaments and Sit & Go events. You can also ban a player from chat, either for a set time or permanently.

Exporting club data

Data Report Export lets you download your club’s records. It costs Diamonds. Run an export before removing players or disbanding the club, because ClubGG can’t restore deleted data.

Fair play and disputes

ClubGG describes itself as an operational tool for clubs. It doesn’t get involved in disputes between players in a club, and club questions go to the club’s own admins. It does review accounts for bots and shared IP, GPS or MAC addresses. If you suspect collusion, talk to the player or remove them.

Publish clear house rules and keep the club about the game. ClubGG is free-play, so never ask members to send money, and don’t accept it.

Frequently asked questions

Can a removed player’s data be restored?

No. Removing a player permanently deletes their data in your club. Export it first if you might need it.

How does the GPS restriction work?

It stops two players within 500 m of each other sitting at the same ring table. It only applies when players share their location.

Will ClubGG settle a dispute in my club?

No. ClubGG says it doesn’t engage in disputes between players in clubs. Club admins handle their own rules and decisions.

Can I stop one player from chatting?

Yes. You can ban a member from chat for a set time or permanently, or turn chat off for a whole ring table.
